These days the term ”handmade” is thrown around left, right and center and it started to lose its genuine meaning. Well here all the products are 100% handmade, from the moment I design the pattern until the product is finished, every single step is done by hand using traditional methods.
By doing this the price might get higher, but I cannot deliver good quality at a very fast rate nor at low costs. Some compromises must be made. I had to choose quality at a higher price instead of quantity at a lower price. I aim to fully satisfy each and every one of my customers, so I took the harder path, but in the end I can hold my head high and be proud of my work.
Now 90% of my work is custom so I cannot set a fixed price, it can vary from order to order. Let’s say you want a bifold wallet and the base price is 70$, but you want a custom logo stamped on the wallet, the time that takes me to model your logo in a 3d software plus the price of the actual stamp is added to the base price (lets say 20$). So the final price for the wallet is 90$. 3d printing is way cheaper that tooling. Tooling the leather is just like making a tattoo.
For big orders or highly personalized orders I will request half of the final price in advance because these items are much harder to sell if the customer decides to withdraw from the second payment.
The completion time depends again on the waiting list (the customers that placed an order before you) and on the actual time of manufacturing your product. Please take this in consideration.
